The floorplan of this mid-60s bungalow includes rooms of surprisingly generous proportion – not what you’d expect from the outside! Without tearing down walls or altering the modest 1100 sq. ft. footprint, we’ll be updating virtually every room, repurposing some to accommodate today’s lifestyle trends, and integrating 21st century lighting and smart-home innovations.
